Making a Purchase

If you require more information about an item, or would like to make a purchase, please use the Sales Enquiry form. Please provide the title or stock number of the item you're interested in. Or private message the Hayloft on Facebook or Instagram with the item title or stock number.

Payment and Delivery/Collection

We accept cash, and all major credit and debit cards or PayPal payment.

 

We can arrange delivery of small items throughout the UK. If you would like a delivery quote please contact us by completing the Sales Enquiry form prior to committing to a purchase.

 

Items can be collected from the Hayloft at Staddiscombe. Doorstep delivery is also available for small items in the Plymouth area.

Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept returns except in exceptional circumstances. Our items are antique or vintage, and could sometimes show signs of age related wear including scratches, dents, blemishes and foxing or cracks. We try very hard to be honest with our descriptions. We pride ourselves in offering items through hi-resolution photographs taken at several angles. Customers are welcome to ask for additional photographs, or arrange to view an item prior to purchase at our beautiful showrooms in Staddiscombe.

Sell us an Item

We're always in the market for fresh decorative salvage stock. We particularly want to purchase nineteenth and early twentieth century period furniture and artwork, industrial salvage, vintage lighting and decorative reclamation. Unfortunately, we do not purchase old baths, cookers, hair dryers, typewriters, sewing machines, mangles, fans, vacuum cleaners, old crockery or furniture painted in the twenty-first century 'Shabby Chic' style.
