Large Crown Top Bell - Mid 19C

Large bell recovered from an English country house in Devon. Mid nineteenth century construction. A mass produced cast bell with a high percentage of bronze. Unknown maker. Iron bell clapper. Fabulous patina, and beautiful green verdigris developed after years of hanging in the belfry. Crown top securing point with one section missing. Will hang securely. Extremely heavy. Could have another life at your country pile.
